As COVID19 put global tourism of any and all kinds to a full stop, European Cities Marketing (ECM) – the member organisation of European city Destination Marketing and Management Organisations – needed to find new ways of engaging with members and delivering relevance in a time of crisis.
Together with Group NAO, ECM introduced the initiative A New Tomorrow with webinars, newsletters, Long Thinker articles and zoom interviews and conversation – sharing ideas and challenges across members, while also drawing upon leading global experts and their takes on what to expect next and how best to prepare for it.
