Group NAO is happily growing, and we are looking for a Junior Associate (student) to support our work with AIApplications and organisational change. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with AI tools, systems, and ideas – and who is curious about how technology actually changes the way organisations work.
Most of our projects involve AI in practice – one way or another: testing tools, building workflows, supporting learning processes, and helping clients make sense of new possibilities, as well as supporting our learning communities with playful creativity and critical reflection. We’re looking for someone who wants to explore this space seriously and playfully - without hype, but with lots of good energy.
… a Junior Associate you will support client projects and NAO’s own development work, contributing with research, applied AI experimentation, and coordination across strategy andchange initiatives. You will:
■ Build and test ideas and solutions using applied AI tools and platforms (for NAO and for our clients).
■ Support the delivery of learning and up-skilling sessions for our clients, including programming, preparation and coordination.
■ Research topics related to generative AI, emerging technologies, organisational change, and user behaviour – and other topics of relevance to NAO’s work.
■ Assist with project coordination and planning.
■ Help visualise findings in presentations, reports, and other formats.
■ Contribute to client deliverables and NAO’s communication channels (website, social media).
You are likely studying a master’s degree in a technical, digital, or business-related field. You don’t need to be a full-grown developer, but you are comfortable experimenting with tools and learning by doing. If you don’t know, your first instinct is to try and figure it out!
We imagine that you:
■ You are comfortable working with commonly used AI tools and genuinely curious about AI tools in general and how they are used in organisational settings.
■ Enjoy working with workflows, automation, and digital platforms.
■ Have basic programming or scripting experience — or a strong interest in developing it.
■ Combine analytical thinking with clear communication and collaboration.
■ Are structured, reliable, and curious to learn more.
Danish language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement. Our working language is primarily English, and professional proficiency is required.
